In addition to University Scholarships, there are a number of annual and endowed scholarships available specifically for pharmacy students. These scholarships have been funded through the generosity of alumni and friends of the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Scholarship descriptions and requirements can be found by clicking on the links above.
In order to receive a scholarship from the College of Pharmacy, students must submit a pharmacy scholarship application. Application materials are sent to all students via email and posted on the College’s website. Applications are typically sent out at the end of the spring semester for the following academic year. The Scholarship Committee will notify recipients once the availability of funds is determined.
All scholarship recipients are expected to write a personal thank you letter to their donor(s) and attend the Annual Scholarship Luncheon, which is typically held in March. This luncheon recognizes all the outstanding scholarship recipients and the donors who made the scholarships possible.
Any additional questions regarding College of Pharmacy scholarships should be directed to the Office of Student and Professional Affairs at 718-488-1234.
Note: All students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application can be found at: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
