Search Tips:
Click
on the Basic
tab to search for a single keyword.
Click
on the Advanced tab
to search for multiple keywords.
Click on the List A-Z
tab to search for an exact title, author, or subject.
Write down the Collection
and Call Number of any
book you would like to view.
If no results - Check your spelling.
If we do not have the title you want, request it via InterLibrary
Loan (allow 7-14 days for delivery).
If you must get a book immediately, ask the Reference Librarian
to help you check other libraries in the area. The Reference
Librarian can provide access to other academic libraries
via an ALB
or METRO
card.

to look up videos on LIUCAT
in 4 easy steps:
1. Go to LIUCAT
2. Click on "Advanced search"
3. In the first search box, "General keyword," enter the
word "videorecording".
4. Enter an author's or director's name, a title keyword,
or a subject keyword in the appropriate search box and click
"Go;" the search will begin
Browsing
the Shelves:
Browsing the shelves is a perfectly legitimate research
technique.
R is first letter of
most medical book call numbers. Most respiratory care book
call numbers begin with RC
731-735 or RM 161.
