Campus Material Request Forms
Island University Westchester Graduate Campus needs and deserves
quality library services. The Brooklyn Campus Library is the “parent”
library, responisible for providing library services and resources
to Westchester students and faculty. Our mission is to provide access
to print and electronic information sources to faculty and students
at those locations.

the personnel responsible for the campus, as well as to visit the

Forms. If you experience any problems with these forms, please contact
us. Before submitting a request for a book, please check LIUCAT,
the online catalog, to find out whether any LIU campus Library owns
the materials that you are requesting. In the event that none of
the Long Island University campuses would carry the material you
are requesting, we will attempt to obtain it through InterLibrary

Loan Requests sent to the Brooklyn library will be processed as
quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Requested material
will be forwarded in an expeditious manner -- either by courier
or by fax, and may be picked up at the Reception Desk of the Westchester
Campus. Please be aware that the retrieving and shipping of the
non-electronic materials may take days or weeks, especially for
those items owned by another institution.
