1) Print and mail the Transcript Request Form

2) Enclose the Credit Card Authorization Form or check or money order in the amount of $7.00 for each transcript payable to: Long Island University.

PROCESSING TIME: Your transcript request will be processed and mailed out in approximately 7-10 business days AFTER ARRIVING IN OUR OFFICE.
