Intensive English Program (IEP 123): This eight-level program is designed for adult non-native speakers of English who wish to improve their English skills for professional or academic purposes. 20 hours per week of instruction, including 4 hours per week of language laboratory. Tutoring available. Acceptance to this program does not imply admission to any other program at Long Island University. Financial aid is available for students who qualify.
Tuition: $2775* ($60.00 registration fee)
Intensive English Program for International Students (IEP 200): This eight-level program is designed for adult international students who wish to improve their English skills for professional or academic purposes. 16 class hours per week plus 4 hours per week of language laboratory. Tutoring available. Foreign students enrolled in this program qualify for the (F-1) student visa. Acceptance to this program does not imply admission to any other program at Long Island University.
Tuition: $2635*
Semi-Intensive English Program (IEP 123A): 10 hours per week of instruction, including 2 hours per week of language laboratory. Choose two skills from IEP 123.
Tuition: $1318*
Specific Skills English Program (IEP 123B): 5 hours per week of instruction, including 1 hour per week of language laboratory. Choose one skill from IEP 123.
