Writing Center administrators and tutors at LIU-Brooklyn seek to work with faculty from across the disciplines to better serve our students. Faculty members are encouraged to fill out a referral form in order to communicate their students' needs to writing center tutors. Tutors are required to submit monthly reports on their tutees' progress. These reports are forwarded to faculty members and writing center administrators. Communication between tutors and faculty members is crucial for the success of student writers.
